Analyzing the fundamental concept of justice has special situation and great importance in the mind of any philosopher. Nasir al-din is one of the great philosophers who has precious words and has written great works about justice. By using an integrated approach of the ideas of the Greek philosophers (Plato and Aristotle votes) and philosophical and theological teachings and by wisdom and theology tools, Nasir al-din could make clear the neglected theological dimensions of justice and explain Islam's approach to the issue of justice. By benefiting from this method, he has created coordination among justice and other parts of practical wisdom of Islam. In this study, by referring to Nasir-al-din’s works especially Akhlaq-i-Nasri, it has tried to explain the statue of justice in Nasir al-din’s intellectual framework in an analytical-descriptive method. With the advent of scientific advances in recent centuries, widespread philosophical criticisms weakened the traditional evidences and compelled the theistic to pursue novel evidences such as ethics to support their ideas., the moral argument of Robert Merrihew Adams is one of the contemporary moral argument for the existence of God. Keeping promise is one of the important ethical characteristics, and affects the improvement of all human society affairs, unlike a breach of promise that undermines the family, social, economic, and political order of societies. Thanksgiving is also one of the most important moral virtues and the characteristics of educated man. The Holy Qur'an and hadiths of the Infallibles (a) have taken a special look at the issue of keeping promise and thanksgiving and have repeatedly ordered both. But the uneducated man, not only in relation to other human beings, but also in relation to his Creator, takes the path of breach of promise and ingratitude. The Holy Qur'an has condemned the breach of promise and ingratitude of previous nations and tribes by mentioning their performance and reminded of their adverse consequences. Among those consequences are the destruction of property, the moral disease of hypocrisy, deprivation of spiritual success, world destruction, and becoming the dwellers of hell, and each of these alone can be sufficient incentive and motivation to address the subject of the present article. The result of the process of investigating the factors, cases and consequences of the breach of promise and ingratitude is to achieve the conclusion that from the perspective of the Holy Quran, the way to prevent these two unpleasant moral components is to rely on the two main axes of all moral virtues, namely patience and prayer, along with righteous deeds. By using commentaries of scholars of interpretation and Ethics books related to scientists of morality science, constantly remembering God, not being unaware of death, fear of retribution for deeds and purification of the soul can be considered in line with these two solutions.
